Five years on and the insideEDGE team is growing. To support this growth and ensure we continue to deliver quality personalised service to the Australian sport, recreation and leisure sectors, we have recently appointed Adrian Wilson to the position of Sport and Recreation Consultant.
This is a new role for insideEDGE and Adrian brings to the team over 7 years’ experience within Local Government and the community sport and leisure sectors including YMCA, Hawthorn Football Club, Cricket Victoria and Ascot Vale Leisure Centre.
Adrian is excited by the prospect of providing strategic guidance to sporting clubs and being at the forefront of shaping grassroots sport and club development. He has immediately taken up a lead role in significant facility and master planning work at insideEDGE including projects for Squash Vic, Latrobe City Council and City of Greater Geelong.
insideEDGE also welcome to the team Lisa Faraci in the position of Business Manager.
Lisa also hails from Local Government with a community sport background in football and netball at the executive level. She was appointed to the Woorinen Football Netball Club presidency in 2008, being the first female president in the Central Murray Football Netball League. Her knowledge extends to strategic human resources, business planning, project management, major facilities development, funding procurement, club mergers, governance reviews and stakeholder management.
Prior to joining insideEDGE, Lisa consulted to AFL Victoria’s infrastructure, planning and government partnerships area. She supported the delivery of AFL Victoria’s local government initiatives, statistical analysis and strategic planning across Victoria.
Her role at insideEDGE includes business operations responsibilities and project management whilst playing a key role in client liaison including community consultation and stakeholder management.
